ABOUT CALYPSO DEVELOPMENTS

Calypso Developments is a team of experienced professionals, including developers, designers, architects, builders, financial advisors and professionals in law and administration. The combined experience of these diverse professionals, both from Costa Rica and the United States, make up a serious group with the desire to make Del Parque Condominiums the example to follow for the lifestyle of the modern community of the culturally rich province of Limón.

We asked ourselves a simple housing question when we planned our vision for Del Parque Condominiums: What would the ideal housing situation be like for community leaders, local professionals and those coming from other provinces or cities to operate their businesses, mothers and students? Del Parque Condominiums is the cumulative answer to that question and those expectations.

FOUNDERS

Mike Ondra has more than 30 years of experience in the world of architecture. His work stands out in the United States. He is certified by the U.S. Construction Management Association. In another area he is a soccer coach and principal of a school.

He was born and raised in the province of Limón, Costa Rica. Eduard is a businessman who manages several real estate projects in Limón and operates a business in the United States that counts with more than 15 years of experience in the market. He is President in Costa Rica of Investment Properties, S.A., General Manager in Cariviews, Ltda. Developer of Cheetah Chombo Estates and President of Flathead Window Cleaning, Inc.

MISSION
