Parque Caribe Condominium, the only luxury real estate project in Limón, is being financed in this second phase to complete the construction of buildings C and D by Banco Nacional. The project consists of 4 phases, the first consists of two buildings, already completed and occupied in its entirety, the second is in the process of construction.
The total investment of the 4 phases represents more than 30 million dollars which comes from the capital contribution of the developers and bank financing.
