The first luxury apartments in Limón will be delivered in 11 months, once the second stage of Caribbean Park Condominiums is ready.
There will be 38 units of four types: two standard bedrooms, two premium bedrooms, three bedrooms and penthouses with special spaces and finishes.
“This is an extremely important step; several middle-class executives and businessmen who had this need for a residential option are being benefited, as well as contributing significantly to the dynamism of the community’s growth,” said Eduard Morgan, managing partner of Calypso Developments, the project’s developer.
